We just came off a record-breaking production week, and we're scaling fast.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Packaging Associate to join our production team at our Carrington Road facility. You'll play a key role in getting fresh-baked Dabble donuts safely, accurately, and beautifully packaged for delivery to retail partners across the country. This is hands-on, fast-paced work in a growing food production environment — perfect for someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and doing things right.

What You'll Do

• Package finished donut products according to product specs (weight, count, seal integrity, labeling)
• Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging; flag defects or issues to the Production Manager
• Accurately apply labels, lot codes, and best-before dates in compliance with food safety standards
• Assemble, fold, and prep packaging materials and cases as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe packaging station in line with GFSI/SQF food safety protocols
• Track packaged inventory counts and communicate shortages or supply needs
• Support efficient case-packing and palletizing for outbound orders
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper hygiene, glove use, and hairnet/beard net protocols
• Work collaboratively with the production team to keep pace with daily production targets
• Help maintain traceability records and support internal audits as needed

What You Bring

• Previous experience in food production, packaging, warehouse, or a similar hands-on role is an asset (not required — we'll train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency, especially under time pressure
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25–30 lbs repeatedly
• Reliability and punctuality — our production schedule depends on a strong team showing up
• A positive, team-first attitude; willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and tracking inventory
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures precisely
• Food Safe certification is an asset, or willingness to obtain one

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
