Warehouse Associate and Driver

Full-Time · Warehouse Associate and Driver · Lower Mainland, BC · $25/hr to start

Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation (2013) Inc. is the leading mechanical insulation company in the commercial construction sector in BC. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate and Driver to join our team — someone who takes pride in efficient warehouse operations and safe, professional delivery service.

What you’ll do

  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately in our warehouse
  • Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Operate 1-ton and 5-ton trucks to deliver products to job sites and customer locations
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain signatures as required
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
  • Support general warehouse cleanliness and organization

What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking and delivery
  • Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift experience — required
  • Proven experience operating 1-ton and 5-ton vehicles
  • Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
  • Valid BC Class 5 licence (minimum); Class 4 licence preferred — or willingness to obtain Class 4 upon hiring
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on delivery routes
  • Physical ability to lift and handle insulation materials and related products
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience in the construction supply or insulation industry
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or delivery software
