Full job description

Looking for an experienced Class 1 Truck Driver for local deliveries and long haul. Overnight trips required to Western Canada. 2 to 3 nights away during the week. Weekends off. Position is available immediately. Excellent wage (Negotiable). Must have the following:

Driver's abstract with 5 years of Class 1 employment

Knowledge of central Alberta is a definite asset

Ability to work with a team and on your own

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Must be able to fill out a log book, electronic logs and understand hours of service

Must be comfortable chaining up when required

Must be mechanically inclined and able to perform routine maintenance

Benefits start after 3 months

Preference will be given to a driver local to the Ponoka area

This is a full time year round job.
