We specialize in interior finishes, including hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, tile, area rugs, epoxy coatings, polished concrete, wall tile, countertops, paint, cabinets, window treatments, and more. Our team prides itself on exceptional customer service and flawless installations.

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Helper to join our warehouse and delivery team! In this role, you will work closely with our delivery drivers to ensure flooring materials, tools, and supplies are safely loaded, transported, and unloaded at job sites and customer homes across Central Alberta.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on physical work, working in a supportive team environment, and taking pride in providing great customer service on the front lines. This is for a Tuesday - Saturday shift once training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks with heavy materials (flooring rolls, tile boxes, tools, and equipment).
  • Help deliver products directly to job sites, residential addresses, and commercial locations safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, installers, and team members.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory handling, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent product damage during transit and drop-off.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to consistently lift and carry heavy objects (up to 60+ lbs) throughout the shift.
  • Driver's License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record/abstract required.
  • Attitude: A great attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset are essential.
  • Education: Secondary School diploma (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse work, shipping/receiving, or delivery assistance is a plus, but willingness to learn and work hard is most important!
