We are currently expanding our regional administration hub and are seeking a Full-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team.

Please note: This is a 100% on-site position based at our Kitchener office (675 Queen Street South). Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain high-volume corporate data in internal CRM systems
  • Review and verify incoming digital documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies with a strong focus on precision and quality control
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain digital records and filing systems
  • Support administrative workflows including email correspondence and document management
  • Prepare weekly data entry reports and performance summaries
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal data integrity and confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, clerical, or receptionist roles
  • Strong commitment to full-time on-site work in Kitchener, Ontario
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and zero compromise on quality

Pay: $19.50-$24.50 per hour
