Your Role

  • Represent Rogers telecom services directly to residential customers.
  • Build relationships, explain product options, and create win-win solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets in assigned territories .
  • Work closely with leaders to sharpen communication, sales, and leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ambitious, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
