Automotive Service Advisor – Tired of Dealership Chaos? Read This.

If you’re a high-performing Service Advisor stuck at a dealership, you already know the problems — internal politics, unrealistic targets, warranty headaches, and long hours with little appreciation.

We run a fast-paced, well-organized independent shop — and we’re looking for someone who wants to make good money without the dealership nonsense.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Writing clear, accurate quotes and estimates
  • Advising customers on repairs and maintenance
  • Booking and managing appointments efficiently
  • Answering phones and handling front-of-house operations
  • Upselling work the right way (no pressure tactics — just honesty and value)
  • Running everything through AutoLeap

What You Need:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience is a big plus)
  • Experience with AutoLeap is desired
  • Strong sales ability — you know how to close work
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to handle a busy shop without getting overwhelmed
