Crown Lift Trucks Canada is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and supportive team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping drive business growth while delivering exceptional service.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Qualify incoming leads and connect them with the right sales teams
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls
  • Track and manage customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and contribute to sales success
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • College Diploma, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program.
  • 2+ years of working experience in sales preferred, however willing to train.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English (advanced level) is required 50% of the time to communicate with the customers in other provinces in Canada, with whom communication is conducted exclusively in English.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Position: Full Time, Permanent
