Your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow distribution, secure new listings, and increase sales within existing accounts.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout your territory.
  • Present new products, promotions, and category solutions that help customers grow their business.
  • Work collaboratively with distributor partners to maximize sales opportunities and execution.
  • Execute merchandising and promotional initiatives within retail accounts as required.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales calls to achieve territory objectives.
  • Represent Amca and our manufacturer partners at trade shows, food shows, customer events, and industry functions.
  • Coordinate and support customer product demonstrations and promotional events where appropriate.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive opportunities.
  • Achieve sales, distribution, and execution targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reporting, expense reports, and sales forecasts.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience (Food & beverage, or hospitality preferred)
  • Previous chef or culinary experience
  • Enjoys building lasting business relationships.
  • Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Has excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Thinks strategically and enjoys identifying growth opportunities.
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM systems.
  • Holds a valid driver's licence and can travel throughout the assigned territory.
