Edon Management is seeking an energetic and organized Corporate Administrator to join our team in Calgary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, coordinating events, supporting office operations, and contributing to a variety of projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
  • Order, track, and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office remains organized and well-equipped.
  • Coordinate office deliveries and manage related logistics.
  • Arrange flowers, catering, and other special requests for meetings, events, and corporate functions.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, company events, celebrations, and corporate initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources, including onboarding activities, employee documentation, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Assist with various corporate projects and initiatives across departments as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves, providing opportunities for professional growth and career development.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in administration, office coordination, customer service, hospitality, event planning, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with vendors, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Interest in corporate administration, HR, event coordination, and business operations.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, office administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
