Reporting to the Director, Corporate PMO, the Sr. Manager Change Management Office will lead and evolve Nutrien’s enterprise Organizational Change Management Centre of Expertise to enable successful change outcomes. This role ensures the business is ready, able, and accountable to sustain change by establishing clear standards, scalable change models, and strong leadership alignment across portfolios. Success is defined by change adoption, value realization, change governance and the management of an effective OCM capability.

What You'll Do:


  • Enterprise Change Strategy & Governance:
    • Establish and evolve Nutrien’s global change management strategy, standards, and governance model to support enterprise change and business readiness
    • Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders and portfolio delivery teams on cross-portfolio change impacts, risks, and readiness, enabling informed decision-making
    • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide change governance practices, ensuring alignment with business priorities and value realization
  • People Leadership & Resource Management:
    • Manage & deploy internal OCM employees to strategic initiatives based on skill alignment, business need, and development opportunities
    • Manage the engagement, onboarding, and performance of OCM contractors supporting client-facing and internal deployments
    • Forecast and optimize OCM resource capacity across portfolios, ensuring the right mix of internal and external talent to meet enterprise demand
  • Change Enablement Infrastructure:
    • Design and manage a scalable OCM service delivery model to support change planning, leadership, enablement (including communications and knowledge transfer) and change ownership and readiness
    • Ensure the right tools, frameworks, and methodologies are available and adopted across the organization to support consistent and effective change execution
  • Change Capability & Practice Leadership:
    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Nutrien’s corporate change management methodology, tools, and best practices
    • Establish and oversee the OCM Community of Practice (CoP), fostering knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous learning across the change network
    • Work with Corporate PMO and other key partner teams to build organizational change capability, including onboarding, training, and development of internal and contingent change resources
  • Change Insights & Value Realization:
    • Define and manage enterprise change metrics and reporting to monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness across portfolios
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights to business leaders and sponsors
    • Evaluate the impact of change initiatives on business outcomes and drive continuous improvement in change delivery


What You'll Bring:


  • Education
    : Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience: 10+ years of project management and 4+ years of leadership experience with corporate-based teams
  • Certifications: Project management and change management certifications are valued
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, develop creative solutions, and engage appropriate resources at all levels
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead by example, foster collaboration, and drive stakeholder engagement
  • Execution & Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on commitments effectively
  • Decision-Making & Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and facilitate discussions for high-quality outcomes
  • Financial Management: Ability to collect, analyze and report financial information across multiple portfolios
  • Continuous Improvement: Strong focus on driving efficiencies and implementing best practices
  • Business Acumen & Systems Thinking: Familiarity with project performance, organizational development, and enterprise-wide impact assessment
  • Communication & Influence: Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels, from staff to executives, in a global, multicultural environment
