Experienced Barista – Beach House Café

Location: Cordova Bay, Victoria, BC
Pay: $20.00 per hour + tips
Hours: 35–40 hours per week

Join One of Victoria's Most Beautiful Waterfront Cafés

The Beach House Café is a brand-new oceanfront café in beautiful Cordova Bay. Every shift comes with stunning ocean views, a premium coffee program, and the opportunity to help build one of Victoria's newest destination cafés.

About Us

We are passionate about serving exceptional coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

We're looking for an experienced barista who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and brewed coffee
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of specialty coffee/barista experience preferred.
  • Experience using commercial espresso machines
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
