Job Statement:

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Commercial team in executing growth strategies for both new and existing customers. This role coordinates sales processes, customer initiatives, reporting and cross-functional activities to ensure effective execution of Commercial objectives and customer growth strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide day to day administrative and operational support to the Commercial team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to Tradition Fine Foods’ capabilities, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate customer projects and business development initiatives including customer communications, project scoping, and collaboration with various departments as required.
  • Process and monitor samples orders ensuring timely preparation and delivery to customers.
  • Support customer-facing events, trade shows or other external customer requirements.
  • Provide on-site support for customer visits, product presentations and project activities, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with sales pipeline management, opportunity tracking and follow-up activities to support business growth.
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, weekly dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Maintain clear, accurate and timely ongoing communication related to customer requests, project updates and business opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, customer records and related information are complete, accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve results independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a regular basis.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and cross-functional team members.
  • Adaptability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or related role.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically Power Point & Excel)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is considered an asset.
