At La Cantina Market Place and Nesters,we’re on the lookout for passionate Cooks to bring their skills and creativity to our kitchen. This is your chance to play a key role in crafting delicious, high-quality tacos that keep our guests coming back.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items following approved recipes and brand standards, ensuring consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation while completing daily prep lists and assigned kitchen duties efficiently.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, labelling, dating, storage, and rotation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, monitor cooking and refrigeration temperatures, and report any equipment issues promptly.
  • Support kitchen operations by assisting with inventory, receiving, and maintaining equipment and prep areas.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of kitchen experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
