REPORTS TO EXECUTIVE CHEF

What You’ll Do:

· Executes and supervises food production activities,

· Coordinates and controls kitchen helpers in food storage

· Conducts, coordinates and supervises inventories.

· Monitors material consumption and communicates to sous chef required food ordering, and equipment status on a daily basis to satisfy the daily production plan.

· Participates in the development of food products and menus as needed for menu presentations.

· All other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

· Must be able to work with a team and possess a positive attitude.

· Relevant food safety training

· Previous culinary experience is required.

· Basic reading, writing and math skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Must be able to lift 50lbs with a high level of mobility and flexibility, continuous standing or walking are required.

· Hours fluctuate evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
