About the Role:
Join us in building cutting-edge counter-drone systems. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Technician with strong electronics assembly experience. You will be responsible for assembling prototype and production units, wiring, soldering, and supporting on-site system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external PCB manufacturers to conduct board-level testing and debugging
  • Assemble prototype units and support production delivery for counter-UAS systems
  • Handle internal wiring, connectors, and soldering tasks (cables, plugs, sockets, etc.)
  • Maintain process records for quality and assembly steps
  • Participate in system testing and structural modification when required
  • Continuously improve assembly processes and document any issues during production
  • Maintain 6S practices and manage material usage in the assembly area
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of in-process materials
  • Request required consumables and assembly-related supplies
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electronic product assembly
  • Experience assembling electronic systems such as servers, laptops, or networking equipment preferred
  • Strong hands-on skills; able to operate soldering irons, hot air guns, electric drills, cutting tools, etc.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools for documentation and reporting
  • ERP system experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to quality, detail, and process control
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
