Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time, One-Year Contract)

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be a key leader in our Food & Beverage team, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our members and guests across casual dining, fine dining, and banquet operations. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee service excellence, mentor and develop staff, and contribute to an exceptional club atmosphere.
We’re seeking a strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate teams, and a commitment to ongoing improvement. If you’re passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating outstanding guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
An Overview of your Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor service staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, ensuring team members are informed of daily specials, service standards, and club events.
- Lead by example with a hands-on management approach, assisting with service when required.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members.
- Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service, exceeding expectations.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless kitchen and staff coordination.
- Supervise table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance to maintain Donalda Club’s high standards.
- Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitor reservation management, ensuring special requests (dietary, seating preferences) are accommodated.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and club policies.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage revenue control procedures, working closely with the Food & Beverage management team.
- Support event execution, working alongside catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless functions.
- Conduct safety inspections, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

- Proven leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
- Strong communication and people management skills.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
- Smart Serve Certification (Required)
- Experience in private clubs, fine dining, or event catering
- First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
