Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences. Guide them through the furniture selection process with expert knowledge and a friendly approach.
- Design Consultation: Collaborate with customers to envision and create customized furniture solutions that align with their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and a passion for transforming spaces.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product line, features, and benefits. Be a product expert to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a professional retail sales environment or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for interior design and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and a team player.
Compensation:
- Bennetts offers competitive commission rates, a monthly incentive program, and an onboarding income guarantee to help you get started.
