Your skills

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
  • Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user devices
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applications
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client sites
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Canada on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
  • This role is an Hourly position with a targeted hourly range of $20 – $24 CAD, based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Participate in project rollouts and deployments
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
