Job Overview

We are a recently opened, independently owned computer repair and sales shop located in Sidney, BC looking for a new team member who is willing to pitch in where needed and want to be part of a small and dedicated team.

Potential for management position available for the right person.

We are a modern, full service computer shop offering a comprehensive selection of prebuilt and custom computers, laptops, parts and accessories along with providing reliable, friendly and fast service for repairs.

If you are someone who takes pride in their work, loves helping people, and wants to be part of something making a difference to the community , we’d love to meet you.

Some Required Skills Include:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Extremely well versed in Windows, MS Office and Apple OS.
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Background in computer repair, electronics, or IT services preferred
  • Knowledge of the Sidney / Saanich Peninsula community
  • Hardware repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills , you can think through a problem methodically
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own repair queue
  • Excellent communication skills , you can explain technical issues to non-technical customers in a patient, friendly manner.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work

An Asset:

  • Mobile device repair
  • Experience with Networking ,cybersecurity or Linux
  • Full BC drivers license
  • Strong sales skills

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
