Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator / Programmer to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC router 3 -axis, Along with a 7-axis Fanuc robot trimmer. to produce high-quality parts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program CNC routers 3 Axis and 7 Axis using CAD/CAM software (VCarve)
  • Set up and operate CNC router machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material loading
  • Read and interpret drawings, CAD files, and job specifications
  • Perform test cuts and make program adjustments as required
  • Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and tolerances
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and tooling changes
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience operating and programming CNC routers
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (VCarve)
  • Experience working with materials such as plastics, wood, MDF, composites, or aluminum
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
  • Familiarity with vacuum hold-down systems and tooling is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing
  • Experience if running 3/7 Axis machines
  • Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tool selection for various materials
  • Willing to train but must have a basic understanding and skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
