Full job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Clerk to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON.

Previous Customer Service work experience within the Transportation/Warehouse/Logistics industry is required.

Pay: $23.85/hour

Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday - must be flexible with amount of hours per week, may range from 20-40 hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer inquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • Managing customer profiles
  • Processing orders - manual entry and EDI management
  • Arranging carriers for customer pick-ups
  • Building truck loads for shipping - consolidating/managing freight
  • Problem solving to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Investigating complaints and providing solutions
  • Producing/managing documentation and reports
  • Arranging/tracking courier shipments
  • Inventory validation, inbound reception, and customer communication
  • OS&D investigation/resolutions/follow-up
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Warehouse Clerk, Shipping/Receiving Tech, or similar administrative role within the Transportation/Warehouse/Logistics industry
  • Strong computer skills (specifically MS office, Excel and Outlook)
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent administrative and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work 20-40 hours per week
  • Knowledge of operational systems such as WMS asset
  • Knowledge of AIB or other food grade compliances
