About the Role

We are a growing Canadian distributor of automotive lubricants, filters and related products. We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Manager and outside sales representatives.

Approximately 70% of this role will focus on sales coordination and 30% on marketing support. The successful candidate will help organize customer follow-ups, quotations, sales activities, promotions and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager and outside representatives with daily sales coordination
  • Prepare quotations, price lists, product information and promotional offers
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, inquiries and open opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead and sales activity records
  • Track open opportunities and ensure follow-ups are completed on time
  • Prepare weekly sales activity and opportunity reports
  • Coordinate new customer applications and internal account setup
  • Communicate with purchasing, warehouse and accounting regarding customer requirements
  • Coordinate flyers, email campaigns, product launches and sales promotions
  • Work with graphic designers, printers and other marketing vendors
  • Assist with website, social media and digital content updates
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer events and promotional materials

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in sales or marketing coordination
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, sales representatives and vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other business software
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience with Zoho, Canva, email marketing or social media is an asset
  • Automotive, lubricants, parts or distribution experience is an asset
  • Multilingual with fluency in Hindi or Punjabi is an asset but not a prerequisite
