Collision Damage Appraiser – Alberta

Location: Alberta
Position: Full-Time, Permanent – Collision, RV & Equipment Appraiser
Company: Integrated Claims Services Ltd.
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses + Benefits

Integrated Claims Services Ltd. (ICS) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Collision Damage Appraiser to join our Alberta team.

This position may be based in Calgary, Edmonton, or another suitable Alberta location. Candidates throughout the province will be considered based on their experience, qualifications, and ability to service an assigned territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct physical inspections of automobiles, recreational vehicles, and equipment damaged in collisions
  • Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using Mitchell Connect, Audatex, and other estimating platforms
  • Review vehicle damage, repair requirements, labour operations, parts, and associated costs
  • Communicate with repair facilities, insurers, adjusters, and other stakeholders as required
  • Complete assignments and reports accurately and within required timelines
  • Provide professional and timely service that reflects ICS’s commitment to quality

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in collision damage appraisal involving automobiles, RVs, and/or equipment
  • Strong working knowledge of Mitchell Connect, Audatex, and related estimating platforms
  • Sound knowledge of collision repair procedures, parts, labour operations, and estimating practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within an assigned territory
