Join Our Team of Bilingual Financial Counsellors – Make a Real Impact and Earn Well

Location: In Office role, North York, ON – near Consumers Road & Victoria Park Avenue
Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:
At Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada, we are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. Since 2007, we have been a trusted leader in the non-profit credit counselling industry and we’re looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Inbound Financial Counsellors.

  • Provide financial guidance to clients and help them eliminate unsecured debt.
  • Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and managing finances.
  • Create personalized financial plans that empower clients to regain control of their financial future.
  • Help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.

Qualifications:

  • No Industry Experience? We provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure you’re set up for success!
  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
  • Fact gathering skills.
  • Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
  • Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Bilingual candidates (French/English) are preferred.
