Full job description

Looking for a full-time front of House manager

Minimum 4 years managing experience in similar atmosphere

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm

What's required from you

- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring smooth service, cleanliness of front of house
- Train and supervise front of house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including retail area
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as paper goods, coffee products, take out products, ect.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of food handling and service procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
