Job Overview
We are a busy brunch and fast-paced restaurant seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista with some Bartending experience to join our team. Latte art is required for this position. (Hourly + Gratuities).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, juice and smoothies according to established recipes and standards.
  • Mix some simple classic and house cocktails (we will provide the recipes)
  • Operate the espresso machine and other equipment efficiently while maintaining quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups and other supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operating an espresso machine
  • Food handling or food service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain compliance with health regulations.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A valid Smart Server certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
