Full job description

This role oversees regional employee‑based cleaning operations, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing quality control processes, supporting site teams, coordinating new site launches, addressing performance issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position also leads employee onboarding, technical training (including WHMIS), and ongoing development, while supporting recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.

The role is field‑based and includes competitive compensation, benefits, and company‑provided tools.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent in administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and people‑management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel within the assigned region
  • Availability for evenings/weekends as required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
