Polished Cleaning Services is growing, and we’re looking for full-time #DreamCleanTeam Members to join our residential cleaning teams in Winnipeg, Regina, and the surrounding areas.

We’re not a franchise, a gig app, or a revolving door of anonymous cleaners.

We’re a family-built business founded by two women who started with a mop, a mission, and a belief that cleaners deserve better. Eighteen years later, we’ve grown into a team of more than 40 people who take pride in delivering exceptional service—and supporting one another along the way.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys active work, notices the little details, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, laughs together, and takes real pride in a job well done.

About the Role

As a Polished #DreamCleanTeam Member, you’ll clean and refresh clients’ homes using our professional checklists, proven systems, and Polished Academy standards.

Your day may include:

  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and entryways
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, polishing, and detailing surfaces
  • Following client notes, cleaning checklists, and quality standards
  • Working alongside your team to complete homes efficiently and professionally
  • Providing friendly and respectful service in clients’ homes
  • Giving a little love to clients’ furry family members along the way
  • Leaving every home fresh, polished, and ready to enjoy

Starting at $19+ Per Hour

You’ll start at $19 per hour or more and be paid from clock-in to clock-out, including your onboarding and training time.

Paid Training and Polished Academy Access

You’ll receive hands-on training and full access to our professional training library, created from more than 18 years of real cleaning experience.

Paid Travel and Mileage

Your travel time between jobs is paid, and every eligible kilometre is tracked through MileIQ and reimbursed. Your time on the road should not come out of your pocket.

We provide the products, cloths, tools, and equipment you need. You bring the great attitude—we’ll bring the supplies.
