Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence, the Director, Business Intelligence provides leadership, guidance, and actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions. As a Director, Business Intelligence, you'll lead the use of analytics and automation to support the Client Account Management team, internal partners, and external stakeholders. Lead the analysis, modelling, and reporting of Client Account Management performance data to identify opportunities, support continuous improvement, and inform risk strategy design.
- D ata quality and innovation - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and interpretation of analytical output delivered by the team. Continuously improve collections strategies through analysis of client behavior data and advanced statistical and data mining techniques, including the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning where appropriate.
