Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fryer Operator to join our Crystal Mall Food Court team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating fryers efficiently and safely, ensuring high-quality food products while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where mechanical knowledge and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Operate frying equipment to produce consistent, high-quality food products in accordance with company standards
  • Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and oil levels to ensure food safety and quality compliance
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of fryers and related machinery to uphold sanitation standards
  • Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures throughout the production process
  • Conduct basic math calculations for portioning, measurements, and quality checks
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with fryers or related equipment to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience in the food industry preferred but not required
  • Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is essential
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for measurements and quality control purposes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, following safety protocols at all times
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin
