Full job description

Steamworks Brewpub (located in Vancouver's Gastown District) is looking for the right individual to join our dynamic FOH Restaurant Management team. Previous management experience is preferred however all applicants with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a love for all things hospitality will be considered.

This is a full-time position where compensation will be competitive with local industry standards. There is ample opportunity for learning and growth in this company at the management level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a hands-on approach
  • Ensure customer service and satisfaction
  • Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees
  • Provide high quality hiring, training, and support of front-of-house employees
  • Communicate with back of house employees
  • Banquet room event management
  • Excellent time management and people management skills

  • Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
