As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.

Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
