Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Caterkng Chef to join our culinary team for both store front and off site catering. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and supporting the development of our culinary staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment while honing their leadership skills.

Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and presentation standards
  • Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Support food industry best practices in menu execution, portion control, and quality assurance
  • Lead by example in food preparation, cooking, and serving to motivate team members
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Train new staff members on kitchen procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment conducive to high-quality food production
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings

Requirements
