Job Overview

Tiramisu Bistro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager, Events Manager and Catering Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing restaurant operations, leading diverse teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, increasing profitability, maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards, and creating outstanding dining experiences. Responsibilities include supervising daily restaurant operations, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, managing inventory and budgets, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
  • Supervise, train and motivate teams of servers, and kitchen staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Schedule staff shifts and daily sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
  • Coordinate large events and weddings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Built positive relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Valid ProServe Certification
  • Familiar with POS Systems
  • Payment Processing and Terminal operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on supervising teams and developing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience in management or related fields.

Pay: From $52,906.07 per year
