Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and become a vital part of creating memorable events for our guests! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquets, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Duties

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests during events
  • Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed throughout service
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
  • Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the banquet area
  • Address guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with event staff to coordinate service flow and enhance the guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings
  • Strong background in food service and customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during setup and service
  • Experience with food preparation or bartending is a plus but not required
  • Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
