Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our shop, helping customers find the perfect items, providing outstanding service, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product recommendations and information.
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions,lottery transactions including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization.
  • Support landscape maintenance and gardening tasks around the shop to keep the environment appealing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with e-commerce orders, including order processing and online inquiries.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote a seamless shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures.
  • Basic understanding of gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills.
  • Passion for customer service with a positive, energetic approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn about merchandising strategies and e-commerce platforms.
