Job Title: Red Seal Lead Carpenter

We are recruiting a key role, red seal Lead Carpenter. This person is the leader of our sites who lives and breathes meeting and exceeding the expectations of our homeowners.

You live on-site. You ensure the trades that need to be there are there, and doing what they need to be doing. You are constantly on quality control. Checking for perfection, and fixing deficiencies immediately. You are an efficient supervisor, so you can spend time producing hours on the tools. You possess exceptional carpentry skills and are quick to jump on the tools and deliver high-quality work.
