Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience in baking, food preparation, and customer service. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, contribute to creating beautiful baked goods, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality. The <PERSON> will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other confections, with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Decorate cakes and desserts using various techniques such as piping, fondant application, and other cake decorating methods.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling products for baking.
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Package baked goods securely for retail or delivery purposes, maintaining product integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods.
  • Follow recipes accurately and adapt to special requests or dietary needs when necessary.
  • Support the team in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications
