Position Title: King Air – First Officer Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Reports To: Chief Pilot Location: Kenora, ON Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends Off
MAG Aerospace Canada is seeking a professional and safety-focused First Officer to join our Charter Operations team in Kenora, Ontario. This position plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient passenger operations throughout Northern Ontario and remote regions where reliable air transportation is essential to connecting communities and critical services. Working alongside an experienced Captain, the First Officer will assist in the safe operation of company aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and regulatory compliance. Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Captain with all phases of flight operations, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties
  • Safety of aircraft and passengers for assigned flight
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and route conditions
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to passengers and charter clients
  • Complete flight logs, operational paperwork, and required reports accurately
  • Participate in recurrent training, PPCs, and company safety meetings
  • Report operational hazards, incidents, defects, and safety concerns promptly
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Your Qualifications:
  • 500 hours (minimum) – 850+ hours Total Time preferred
  • Valid Multi Rating
  • Valid Instrument Rating
  • Valid Category 1 Medical
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Commercial Pilots License
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
  • Ability to work well in a team and within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Travel may be required in this role
