Job Summary / opportunity
Being an exciting start up company , We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of B2B sales, and experience in marketing and technology sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding our market presence with real growth and advancement opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to introduce products and services.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Pipe drive , Wizzer , cloud talk , zoom info , to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update client information accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract high-quality prospects.
  • Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in nurturing leads through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Additionally maintain social media sites...Linkedin , facebook , website , etc.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques.
  • Computer skills, excel , word , microsoft , etc.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Pipe drive or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or business development processes preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
