Full job description

We are currently looking for an energetic and hard-working individual to assist with the day to day operations for our busy office.

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Process orders and manage accounts receivables and credit card payments
  • Accurately prepare invoices, quotes, packing slips
  • Handle inbound calls and responds to customers or redirects to Sales Department as required
  • Cultivate key customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Up sell on new product opportunities.
  • Enter and update client information
  • Packaging orders and returns.
  • Coordinate with all office staff on Order fulfillment and Purchasing.
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving Couriers and arrange cost effective logistics procedures for shipping goods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent computer skills, Windows, Excel, Etc.
  • Time management and punctuality
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Knowledge of Simply Accounting

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
