Sheraton Club Lounge Associate Responsibilities:
  • Establish a good relationship with our loyal repeat members and acknowledge them upon return to our hotel
  • Professional F&B setup for Breakfast or Afternoon Hors D’oeuvres
  • Run daily reports
  • Analyze notes in guest profiles and make sure that payment is allocated for packages with club access.
What you’ll need as a Sheraton Club Lounge Associate:
  • Experience: 1+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Education: Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred
  • Certification: Smart Serve
Other Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Sheraton brand
  • Great understanding of our SPG loyalty program
  • Must be comfortable with guest and be able to speak in professional manner
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Light Speed)
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and safety
  • Have a warm personality able to connect with guest
  • Able to multitask while maintaining cleanliness of lounge
  • Able to lift 20lbs and meet physical demands
  • Dedicated and have good attention to detail
