Barista / Counter Team Member – Ciccio’s

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffees, sandwiches, and other menu items with consistency and care
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation when needed
  • Embody Ciccio’s hospitality: efficient, friendly, and genuinely invested in the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A love of people, hospitality, and old-school Italian culture
  • Charming and approachable personality, with excellent communication skills
