Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
  • G2 Gas Technician License (REQUIRED)
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clear driver's abstract
  • 313D Residential Air Conditioning License is considered a strong asset
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
  • MUST HAVE OWN HAND TOOLS!

  • $30.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Vacation pay starting at 6% (equivalent to 3 weeks' vacation pay) from your first day of employment
  • Vacation pay increases to 8% (equivalent to 4 weeks' vacation pay) after 5 years of service

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, repair and maintain residential HVAC equipment
  • Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, tankless water heaters, fireplaces, indoor air quality equipment and ventilation systems
  • Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
  • Complete digital work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
  • Represent Climate Experts Heating & Cooling Inc. professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
