Stop hiring over qualified people knowing that they will leave. Stop filling positions just to fill them. The time and money spent on these people isn't good for the company. The turnover rate was unbelievable during my time there.

Management not listening to questions or concerns. I can't tell you the amount of times the mgr lied to her employees because she was intimidated by people like me who had more experience than her. They don't try and resolve issues. They push it under the rug thinking it will go away causing a toxic environment for all to see

Providing syrup to the production lines is time sensitive and last minute schedule changes would add stress to the process! Some of the products have a very tight bottling window!
They are always looking for entry level positions for sales and merchandising because the turnover is so high because they are awful to work for

All the managers I worked with were hands on and communication was never a problem. The production department was a fast pace workplace and managers were always available to provide direction, in person, phone or email!
