The Role

We’re looking for a Platform Operator who is currently a real estate law clerk based in Ontario. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and organized, with a strong understanding of real estate legal processes. You’ll support our mortgage servicing platform by entering and verifying critical loan data, maintaining accuracy across client accounts, and helping ensure our platform operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter loan servicing data from mortgage instructions for various Canadian financial institutions
  • Review and validate documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date digital records in our platform
  • Work closely with mortgage servicing specialists and legal operations teams
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
  • Contact financial institutions to confirm documents have been received

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be a real estate law clerk/assistant located in Ontario
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with data
  • Basic understanding of mortgage and real estate terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate law
  • Previous experience in data entry, loan processing, or administrative support is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in real estate, lending, or legal software industries
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems or document management platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Bilingual in English and French
