  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship, partnership, and stakeholder engagement opportunities while supporting the planning and execution of advisor and investor events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
  • Maintain stakeholder information within CRM systems
  • Assist with marketing, communications, and content initiatives that support fundraising, investor engagement, and brand awareness
  • Conduct research, analysis, and special projects to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth

  • You have experience in customer service, relationship management, sales, business development, communication, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or a related field
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting information to a wide range of stakeholders in both small and large groups
  • You have strong organizational, decision-making, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • You are a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and high professional aspirations
  • You have an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM software, Canva, social media, event coordination, public speaking, or digital communications would be considered an asset
