CHEF PETIT-DÉJEUNER

Salaire : à partir de 50 000 $ par année, selon l’expérience

YAMA, restaurant situé au Vogue Hotel Montreal et exploité par Carma Hospitality, recherche un(e) Chef de Partie / Cuisinier(ère) leader pour le petit-déjeuner.

Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée capable de prendre en charge la ligne chaude et la passe pendant un service de petit-déjeuner achalandé.

Responsabilités :

  • Diriger la ligne chaude pendant le rush du petit-déjeuner
  • Gérer la passe, les bons de commande et le timing des plats
  • Préparer les œufs, omelettes et autres plats du petit-déjeuner à la commande
  • Gérer plusieurs poêles et commandes simultanément
  • Organiser la mise en place et préparer la ligne pour le service
  • Maintenir les standards de qualité, présentation, propreté et rapidité

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en cuisine professionnelle
  • Expérience en service de petit-déjeuner / matin obligatoire
  • Expérience en hôtellerie fortement souhaitée
  • Solide expérience sur une ligne chaude à haut volume
  • Organisé(e), fiable et capable de travailler de façon autonome
  • Disponibilité les samedis et dimanches obligatoire
  • Disponibilité pendant Noël, le Nouvel An et autres jours fériés importants lorsque requis

BREAKFAST CHEF

Salary: starting at $50,000 per year, based on experience

YAMA, located within the Vogue Hotel Montreal and operated by Carma Hospitality, is looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie / Lead Cook.

We are looking for someone who can lead the hot line and manage the pass during a busy breakfast service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hot line during breakfast rush
  • Manage the pass, bills and timing of orders
  • Cook eggs, omelettes and other breakfast dishes to order
  • Handle multiple pans and orders simultaneously
  • Organize daily prep and line setup
  • Maintain strong standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness and speed

Required Profile:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Breakfast / morning service experience required
  • Hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong high-volume hot line experience
  • Organized, reliable and able to work independently
  • Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory
  • Must be available for Christmas, New Year’s and other major holidays when required
