Gill Basi Brar Injury Law is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for accident victims and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. We are currently seeking a Junior Law Clerk with 1-3 years of experience in accident benefits to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing accident benefits files from intake to resolution
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including applications, correspondence, and briefs
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical professionals regarding claims
  • Schedule assessments, examinations, and hearings
  • Review and organize medical records, reports, and other supporting documents
  • Maintain and update client files in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist lawyers with case preparation, research, and document management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with accident benefits in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of SABS (Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule) and the LAT (License Appeal Tribunal) process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
