Full job description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our friendly and dynamic team as an Account Manager! Our Toronto-based tech company offers innovative SAAS solutions to a rapidly growing customer base worldwide.

Recruiting experience is a must!

French bi-lingual is an asset.

Vacation: 3 weeks

Flex hours with 2-3 office days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the optimal implementation of our goods and services package in a way that will most delight the customer
  • Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, you’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team involving training, implementation, and technical support to deploy new customers, and ensure that the needs of existing customers are met
  • Work closely with the product manager and development team to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with customer needs and expectations
  • Responsible for helping to maintain a continuing education program for the customers (processes/training/materials/etc.). The product is evolving, and customers need to be aware of the availability and use-case of new features.
  • Some training may be required in a pinch, but the main involvement will be to manage trainers
  • Work with Sr. Account Manager to ensure customer renewals towards the end of their contract

Skills:

  • EXCELLENT communicator and ‘people-person’ is critical to the success of this role
  • “Tech-savvy” aka confident in your ability to pick-up new software quickly
