Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative working with our medical diagnostic imaging equipment to be based out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
- Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
- Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
- Controlling and completing electronic documentation
- Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
- Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
- Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Requirements to have to be successful this role:
- Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
- Solid computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Field service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes
- Must have a valid passport

The expected compensation for this position is:
$62,500 - $89,500Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
